There is something else that happens is that besides freezing finder some apps also freeze and I endup having to hard reboot the computer. I ran ETRECHECK and got their report below if it helps (Below).īasically when I try renaming, copying or moving files over the network or sometimes (rarely) locally on my computer, I get the spinning beach ball of death, a terrible thing I might add. My finder keeps freezing whenever I try to access/rename/copy files or folders over network.
